What we process

The name, company, email address, phone number, fabric of interest, quantity and message you send through the quote form.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies unless you agree. If you choose "Accept all", or switch on Analytics under "Manage preferences", Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set to count visits and see which pages are read; this data is transferred to Google LLC servers abroad and kept for up to 14 months. These cookies rely only on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1 and Art. 9). You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page; declining deletes the Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored only in your own browser.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your data to prepare a quote, send samples and contact you, on the basis that this is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. The form is delivered to our company email through our web host and email provider; data may be shared with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For the quote process and any resulting business relationship, and for the retention periods set by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and claim compensation for any damage. Send requests to info@tokdemirtekstil.com.
