R&D
Pattern and product development
Our own team designs our patterns. We develop new fabrics around our partners’ needs and settle yarn, colour and texture before weaving starts.
Warping
Preparing the loom
We arrange the warp threads that form the base of the fabric, wind them onto beams and prepare them for the loom. The quality of the fabric takes shape at this stage.
Weaving
Jacquard and dobby looms
In our mill we produce contract fabrics on our jacquard and dobby looms, in the pattern and texture you need. With our flexible production capacity, we offer solutions tailored to each project.
Quality control
Final inspection
We check fabric from the loom before it ships, sort out weaving faults and confirm that width and weight match the datasheet.
Warehousing
Ready to ship
Checked rolls are labelled, stored in our warehouse, then prepared and shipped to your order.
